Dumfries House offers a unique setting for your event.
For corporate events or away-days, the measured grace, tasteful splendour and breath-taking beauty of Dumfries House and its estate lend themselves to any occasion should you wish to inspire and impress your clients and colleagues alike.
For a half day or a whole weekend, we can offer a bespoke experience second to none. Whether it be simply a meeting, a product launch, an exhibition, or a conference, it is a distinctive venue perfectly pitched to celebrate team successes, promote new directions, or strengthen team ethics.
There are also over 2,000 acres of space in which to take part in activities that will build spirits and expand horizons. Large, rolling lawns offer a variety of uses, from covered exhibition stands to open air business fairs.
There are rooms of varying size and purpose within the House: The Great Steward’s Dining Room, The Rothesay Room, The Billiard Room, and The Tapestry Room to name a few. We are also proud to announce that we will be able to offer The Stables as a meeting facility from 2011 following its restoration and conversion, which will offer a self contained option away from the House, with state-of-the-art equipment to create the perfect business environment.
We also take pride in being able to cater to whatever level you require, from sandwiches, to Champagne receptions and canapés, to banqueting of the very highest standard, using exquisitely prepared locally sourced food. We are proud to say that our experienced and esteemed events team will bring both prestige and professionalism to you, your colleagues and your clients.
